Emily Bett Rickards, born on July 24, 1991 in Canada is a Canadian actor who is best famous for her character Felicity Smoak on The CW TV series Arrow. Rickards born and raised within British Columbia, is Canadian. To begin her acting career, she started performing in musical theater and dance, in the hopes of eventually being able to introduce more formal acting. She finished high school sooner than she anticipated and enrolled at the Vancouver Film School where she earned her acting essentials certificate. Once she was done with the program and auditioned, she attended an audition for open casting and got signed. Alida Vocal Studio was her school of choice in Vancouver.
